• Damage: Guests undertake to leave the property in good condition and will be responsible for any missing or broken items. They also assume responsibility for the actions of all other guests included in their reservation. Any damage caused by guests to objects, furniture or property in general will be their sole responsibility, and must cover the amount of repair or replacement. If the keys are lost, the door key will be changed and the cost will be charged to the guest. All these rules are accepted by guests on signing their rental agreement during check-in.
